Separate sealed BIDS or electronic BIDS for the new construction of a 5,000 sq. ft. facility to be located on the site of the existing Leland Medical Center in Leland Mississippi. The work will include general construction with associated structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical construction and site development.

Will be received by Delta Health Alliance at the office of 435 Stoneville Road, Stoneville, Mississippi 38776 until 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following location: JBHM Architects, P.A., 104 Third Street South, Columbus, MS 39701.

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained as paper prints or electronic format via www.jbhmplans.com website. This project requires a deposit of $300.00 for each hard copy, or $150.00 for each digital / electronic copy (digital copies are non-refundable).

Any BIDDER and/or non-bidder, upon returning the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS within ten (10) days of the bid date and in good condition, will be refunded the deposit on one set. Electronic / digital format prints are NON-REFUNDABLE.

A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 10:30 a.m., on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at Leland Medical Clinic, 201 Baker Blvd., Leland, Mississippi 38651.
